Our Phone Lines are open between 8:30am and 6:00pm Monday to Friday.
Access to the Health Centre Building is 9:00am and 6:00pm Monday to Friday.
Attending the surgery
You should not attend the Practice unless you have been asked to do so by a GP, Nurse or another member of our practice team.
If you have been asked to visit the Practice please do not come early for your appointment due to limited space in our waiting area.
Face coverings must be worn within the Health Centre. Please ensure that your Nose and mouth are covered at all times.
Due to the current pandemic we are no longer booking face-to–face appointments until you have been triaged by a GP
An emergency telephone triage service is available daily. Please contact the surgery from 8.30am in order to arrange a telephone consultation with a GP.
Our GP’s have asked our receptionists to clarify the reason for any telephone consultation request.
Due to the current Pandemic repeat prescriptions MUST be ordered via Telephone only either through our dedicated 24hour repeat prescription line (028 92603123) or by contacting reception directly.
Alternatively if you are registered for online services you can order Repeat prescriptions by using this service.
Patients are no longer permitted to collect Prescriptions from our Practice.
All scripts are to be collected by a nominated chemist of your choice. Please allow at least 2 full working days for these to reach your pharmacy.
All letters are to be left at the main front reception in Lisburn Health Centre in an envelope clearly marked for Dr Palmers Practice. Please allow up to 3 full working days for any prescription requests to reach your nominated pharmacy.
